Ups dropped the ball and let it sit but still received my chain in 3 days. The chain itself is a masterpiece tight links hangs straight and top notch box clasp. I bought this chain in silver before pulling the trigger on a gold chain. I just wanted to get a feel for the weight and length as I was in between buying a 24 inch or 26 inch being a bigger guy.
