After hours of research and watching reviews online I decided on Gold Miami Cuban Chain 5mm. This chain is perfectly made, the links are tight, it lays flat and it’s smooth as butter doesn’t kink. Could not be more happy with this purchase.
The weight is very nice and heavy! Solid silver, shines well. By far my favorite chains to wear. I paired the 8mm 22in with the 10mm 24in (see picture)

Yes the chain is amazing, I picked up a .999 8mm silver cuban at 24". But what's really amazing is the customer service. On my first order the USPS lost the package. Once it was confirmed lost, I didn't have to do anything. They started the claim process, and within 3 days I had my refund. Placed my second order as soon as the refund posted because I knew the customer service was looking out.

Stunning piece. The size, wt, quality, and craftsmanship excellent. The ring was the same size as the 999 bracelet but it made my hand look small and was massive. The customer service team was extremely valuable in exchanging ring with no problems. I’m currently waiting for my new ring as this just happened I believe on Monday and I’m waiting with anticipation. I believe his name was Nate. He and Dan are the “man.”

My husband has always wanted a cuban links chain and so I surprised him on his birthday with their 5mm 26" chain. My husband absolutely loved it! However, we realized that the size was a bit longer than he'd liked. So we reached out to customer support and Nate took care of us right away. He walked us through the exchange and kept us updated every step of the way! We ended up doing 2 different exchanges until we finallly landed on the perfect size for my husband which he ended up settling with the 24" .
