I wanted something that was out of stock and the took my order anyway and had it custom made. They communicated every step of the way, my order was help up in customs and they reported back to me every couple of days with screenshots on the status. Once my pieces arrived they were in a nice black and gold Miami links box and the pieces themselves were absolutely beautiful. I am looking forward to adding a yellow gold and .999 silver set!! Bracelet came in with spots all over it.not sure what it was but i took it to my local jewelry store and got it cleaned up.looks nice now
I love my 10mm Silver Bracelet. It has the weight,shine, and fit. It’s hard to find good jewelry with 9inch bracelets. Miami Links is it!!!
Overall, a nice looking bracelet. My issues are with the clasp. The logo was off-centered and there a few scratches as well. The “wings” on each side that close over the pins do not snap down securely—one of them falls open. I would redesign that mechanism altogether for a tight closure.
Dan from ML responded right away—even sent me a short video on how to tighten the wings. Excellent service. I do like my bracelet very much.
