SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Miami Links offers complimentary tracked shipping on qualifying orders over $250.

Our preferred domestic carriers are USPS and UPS. Available domestic shipping options may include Standard, Priority, and Fastest shipping, depending on the order, destination, and carrier availability.

Order Processing

After payment is verified, in stock items typically require 3 to 4 business days to process and ship. Processing time does not include weekends, holidays, carrier transit time, or delays caused by payment verification, fraud review, address verification, or high value order review.

Shipping speed selected at checkout refers to the carrier transit speed after the order has been processed and shipped. It does not remove or shorten the processing time unless specifically stated by Miami Links in writing.

Made to Order, Handmade, and Custom Items

Some Miami Links items are made to order, handmade, custom, personalized, special order, or require additional production time.

Production time varies by item and will depend on the product type, size, material, and workload at the time of order.

Custom orders may take up to 4 weeks to produce and ship unless a different timeline is stated on the product page or provided by Miami Links in writing.

Handmade items, including select pure silver and custom jewelry pieces, may require additional production time before shipping. Any production timeline shown on the product page or communicated by Miami Links is an estimate and may vary.

Carrier Delays

Miami Links is not responsible for carrier delays after a package has been shipped.

Carrier delays may occur due to weather, holidays, labor disruptions, customs processing, high shipping volume, incorrect or incomplete addresses, security inspections, or other circumstances outside of Miami Links’ control.

Once a package is in the carrier’s possession, delivery timing is controlled by the carrier.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Miami Links is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, returned packages, lost packages, or additional shipping costs caused by an incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or undeliverable address provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to Miami Links due to an address issue, failed delivery attempt, refusal, or unpaid charges, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs before the order is reshipped.

High Value Orders and Signature Delivery

Miami Links may require signature confirmation for high value orders or orders flagged for additional security review.

Miami Links may also request address confirmation, identity verification, or additional order verification before shipping.

If signature delivery is required, the customer is responsible for being available to receive the package or arranging pickup with the carrier.

Package Protection and Insurance

Miami Links offers Package Protection by Route on eligible orders. This option is available at checkout on the cart page and may cover lost packages, damaged shipments, and theft, including porch piracy, subject to Route’s terms and conditions.

The cost of Route Package Protection is based on the shipment total and is shown at checkout.

Customers may have the option to opt out of Route Package Protection. If a customer opts out, the package will not be protected by Route, and Miami Links will not be responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages after shipment.

If Route Package Protection is purchased, claims for lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be filed through Route according to Route’s claim rules and timelines.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Miami Links is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, misdelivered, or damaged after they are transferred to the shipping carrier, unless otherwise required by law or covered by Route Package Protection.

Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking updates and contacting the carrier if delivery issues occur.

If a package is marked delivered by the carrier, Miami Links considers the package delivered unless Route Package Protection applies and a claim is approved through Route.

International Shipping

International orders may be shipped by DHL, UPS, USPS, or another carrier selected by Miami Links based on destination, service availability, order value, and shipping conditions.

Shipping times for international orders are estimates only and may vary due to customs processing, inspections, carrier delays, local delivery conditions, or other factors outside of Miami Links’ control.

Duties, Taxes, and Customs Fees

Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, carrier fees, government charges, or other fees required by the destination country.

These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

Miami Links does not control these charges, does not set these charges, and does not profit from these charges. They are determined by the destination country, customs office, carrier, or applicable government agency.

Miami Links is unable to guarantee or estimate customs charges in advance. Customers should contact their local customs office for more information before placing an international order.

Customs Delays, Refused Shipments, and Unpaid Fees

Miami Links is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, customs inspections, unpaid duties, unpaid taxes, import restrictions, or carrier processing in the destination country.

If an international shipment is refused, rejected, abandoned, returned to sender, or not delivered due to unpaid customs charges, duties, taxes, import fees, or customer refusal, Miami Links may deduct original shipping costs, return shipping costs, customs fees, carrier fees, processing fees, and any related costs from any refund or store credit, if approved.

Original shipping charges, insurance charges, Route protection, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, carrier fees, and related international charges are non-refundable.

Final Shipping Terms

By placing an order with Miami Links, the customer acknowledges and agrees that order processing times, production times, carrier transit times, customs processing, and delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated in writing by Miami Links.

Miami Links reserves the right to select the shipping carrier, require signature confirmation, request additional verification, delay shipment for security review, or cancel and refund an order at its discretion.
