- Will it turn my neck green?
- No! Because we don't use brass or copper! Those are indicators of fake jewelry. We ONLY use precious metals gold and silver.
- Is it real gold?
- For our plated chains: Yes! We use 18K real gold with a minimum .5 micron coat which is higher than the standard .1 micron giving you a long lasting value.
- For our solid chains: Yes! We use 14K solid gold.
- Why 925 Italian Silver as the base? (for the plated chains)
- Unlike others on the market using stainless or copper we use Silver which is a precious metal and has a higher value. The pieces are made to be valuable for our customers. Italian silver is of the highest quality silver on the planet.
- What's the difference in 10K vs 14K vs 18K when it comes to gold?
- The most noticeable difference will be color and price.
- 10K is 42% gold
- 14K is 58% gold
- 18K is 75% gold
- What does 925 on silver chains stand for?
- Because silver is malleable as is gold, it is mixed with metal. 925 is equivalent to 92.5% silver the Italian standard. Each piece has 925 stamped on the clasp for authenticity.
- Why do you use a Rhodium finish?
- Rhodium-plated sterling silver is an excellent choice for those who want the beauty of silver without the need for frequent polishing. Rhodium-plated sterling silver features a thin layer of rhodium applied to its base resulting in a brilliant finish that resists tarnishing. - Why not stainless as the base metal?

- What is E-coating?
- E-coat stands for electrophoretic coating. E-coat is a relatively complex process in which you immerse a metal part in a water-based solution that contains a coating emulsion as well. An electric current is then sent to cause the coating emulsion to condense and form over the pieces.
- Are your chains hollow?
- No. Our chains are Solid and have a nice weight to them. We want you the feel the presents of the pieces whenever worn.
