He walked us through the exchange and kept us updated every step of the way! We ended up doing 2 different exchanges until we finallly landed on the perfect size for my husband which he ended up settling with the 24" . He absolutely loves this chain and wears it everyday dressed up and dressed down. I definitely see myself purchasing from them again in the near future and think their customer service is top notch! I got this .999 Ag/silver chain in 12mm width and 20” Cuban to be bold and to be quite honest…. I love it! It’s not an every day chain but it is a fantastic solid silver .999 chain. It’s already tarnishing which if you know anything about silver, in Florida, even .999 will tarnish. It adds a bit of character akin to how .999 solid gold will invariably get dings and scratches. You admire what you got which is not perfection in its original sense but rather how it ages. I was debating about exchanging it for a smaller size but I know it’s a bit late for that, however I ultimately decided to keep it as is and save it for when I’m traveling or out on the town. Miami links is, as always, a real deal supplier which a mix of real Miami made Cubans or Italian made chains for smaller sizes. I am a big fan of their work and it’s authentic and sturdy- not fake and ugly like GLD. Great work as always.
