My son received his Miami Cuban chain a few days ago. The quality is excellent and he looks really good with it around his neck. It was a birthday present and I know he was really pleased with it. I’ve purchased one for my other son and he loves his also I can’t say enough good things about Miami links and the quality of their merchandise.

I shopped a ton of places looking for a chain and bracelet I liked and finally pulled the trigger with Miami links. Don’t waste your time shopping elsewhere you already found the right place! Outstanding quality!
I got 3 gold plated chains and one silver chain no issues there then I recently got a gold plated bracelet the color didn’t match my other chains so I wanted a refund it cost me 58 dollars that seems like a punishment. Goes without saying never again.

We do want to clarify that our restocking fee is not intended as a punishment. Returns create several costs that we are unable to recover, including payment processing fees that are retained by the payment processor, the original shipping cost that we cover, and the labor involved in inspecting, packing, processing, and shipping each order.
These are real costs that remain with us even after an order is returned, which is why our return policy includes a restocking fee.

The quality is superb, and the finishing is beautifully done. I wasn’t sure what size would be best for me, so I had the opportunity to visit in person. Daniel took the time to have me try on multiple lengths and different millimeter sizes until I found the perfect fit. The quality of this .999 10mm bracelet is insane. The clasp feels incredibly secure, and the overall weight and feel are very premium. It has a beautiful shine, and the craftsmanship is something you can really appreciate in person. I have a 6.5-inch wrist and went with the 7.5 inch size it fits perfectly!
Ive been looking for a nice bracelet and chain. Bought the bracelet 1st and it exceeded my expectations. Weight came in at 44 grams, 8mm on the dot, and the shine is blinding. Matching chain will be bought in the near future.
