Miami Links Return and Exchange Policy

Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, Miami Links may approve a return, exchange, or store credit for eligible items returned within 30 days of delivery.

All return and exchange requests must be submitted by email to info@miamilinks.com before sending any item back. Sending an item back without approval does not guarantee that the return or exchange will be accepted.

Miami Links reserves the right to approve, deny, limit, or modify any return, exchange, refund, or store credit request at its sole discretion. This includes, but is not limited to, items that show signs of wear, scratches, damage, alteration, missing packaging, missing documentation, or any condition that prevents the item from being resold as new.

Custom items, final sale items, and excluded items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Exchange Policy

Miami Links may accept exchanges of eligible jewelry within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for an exchange:

  1. The exchange request must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
  2. The item must be unworn, unused, and in new condition.
  3. The item must show no signs of wear, scratches, damage, alteration, resizing, residue, odor, or use.
  4. All original packaging, boxes, and any applicable Certificate of Authenticity must be included.
  5. The item must not be custom, personalized, final sale, or otherwise excluded.

Customers are responsible for any price difference, shipping charges, and any other applicable costs related to the exchange.

Miami Links may deny an exchange if the item does not meet these requirements.

Return Policy

Miami Links may accept returns of eligible jewelry within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  1. The return request must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
  2. The item must be unworn, unused, and in new condition.
  3. The item must show no signs of wear, scratches, damage, alteration, resizing, residue, odor, or use.
  4. All original packaging, boxes, and any applicable Certificate of Authenticity must be included.
  5. The item must not be custom, personalized, final sale, or otherwise excluded.

Returns are not automatically approved. All returned items are subject to inspection. Miami Links reserves the right to deny a return if the item does not meet our return eligibility requirements or if the item cannot be resold as new.

Refunds are based on the original purchase price of the item, excluding shipping, insurance, Route protection, taxes, duties, and any other non-refundable charges.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

To request a return or exchange, email info@miamilinks.com with your order number and reason for the request.

Once approved, the item must be shipped directly to Miami Links using the instructions provided by our team.

When shipping a return or exchange:

  1. Include your order number and contact information.
  2. Use a shipping carrier that provides tracking.
  3. Use delivery confirmation.
  4. For high value items, Miami Links strongly recommends insuring the package for the full purchase value.
  5. Do not write “jewelry” anywhere on the outside of the package for security purposes.

Miami Links is not responsible for unauthorized returns or items sent to the wrong address.

Inspection and Processing

Once your return or exchange is received, Miami Links will inspect the item.

Inspection may include reviewing the item for wear, scratches, damage, missing packaging, missing documentation, alteration, resizing, residue, odor, or any condition that would prevent the item from being resold as new.

If the return is approved:

  1. Refunds are typically processed within 2 to 3 business days after approval.
  2. Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
  3. Miami Links cannot issue a refund to a different card, bank account, payment method, or person.
  4. Your bank, credit card company, or payment provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.

If the return is not approved, Miami Links may deny the return, return the item to the customer, offer store credit, offer an exchange, apply a restocking fee, or provide another resolution at its sole discretion.

Restocking Fee

Approved returns on non-defective items are subject to an 10 percent restocking fee. This fee is deducted from the refund and helps cover inspection, handling, repackaging, payment processing costs, and inventory processing.

The restocking fee may apply to:

  1. Buyer’s remorse.
  2. Incorrect size ordered by the customer.
  3. Customer preference changes.
  4. Returns where the customer wants a refund instead of an exchange.
  5. Any approved return that is not related to a Miami Links error or verified defect.

The restocking fee does not apply to:

  1. Verified damaged or defective items.
  2. Incorrect items shipped by Miami Links.
  3. Approved exchanges within the return window.
  4. Returns where the customer purchases a replacement item as an exchange, if approved by Miami Links.

Shipping and Insurance Charges

Shipping, insurance, Route protection, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, carrier fees, and related delivery charges are non-refundable once an order has shipped.

If an order has shipped, these charges are final. Shipping, insurance, customs, duties, taxes, and carrier related charges are paid to third party carriers, insurers, service providers, customs authorities, or government agencies and are not refundable through Miami Links.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless Miami Links shipped the wrong item or Miami Links determines that the item qualifies as a verified defect.

Miami Links is not responsible for customs delays, carrier delays, unpaid duties, refused international packages, abandoned international packages, or delivery issues caused by customs processing.

International Returns and Exchanges

International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, carrier fees, government charges, and any other fees related to returning or exchanging an item.

Miami Links is not responsible for customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, carrier fees, or government charges related to international returns or exchanges. These charges are determined by the destination country, customs office, carrier, or applicable government agency and are outside of Miami Links’ control.

If an international return or exchange is delayed, held, rejected, abandoned, returned to sender, or assessed additional fees by customs or a carrier, the customer is responsible for all related costs.

Original shipping, insurance, Route protection, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, carrier fees, and related international charges are non refundable.

If Miami Links approves an international return, any refund or store credit may be reduced by shipping costs, return shipping costs, carrier fees, customs fees, processing fees, or any other costs incurred by Miami Links because of the return.

For exchanges, international customers are responsible for any additional shipping charges, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, carrier fees, or other charges related to shipping the replacement item.

Returns After 30 Days

Miami Links is not required to accept returns or exchanges after 30 days from delivery.

If Miami Links chooses to accept a return after 30 days, the following terms apply:

  1. A 15 percent restocking fee will be deducted.
  2. Store credit will be issued.
  3. No refund will be issued to the original payment method.
  4. The item must still be unworn, unused, in original condition, and meet all standard return requirements.
  5. Store credits do not expire.

Acceptance of any return after 30 days is at Miami Links’ sole discretion.

Damaged or Missing Return Packaging

Original packaging must be returned in good condition.

A $5 packaging fee may be deducted from the refund for returns received with damaged boxes or missing packaging.

This fee does not apply to approved exchanges unless the packaging is missing or severely damaged.

Custom and Final Sale Items

Customized, personalized, engraved, initial jewelry, special request items, final sale items, and Miami Links Kilo Chains are final sale.

Final sale items are not eligible for return, exchange, refund, or store credit unless Miami Links determines that an exception applies.

Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before shipment.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. The customer must wait for delivery and follow the return process.

Custom, personalized, special request, and final sale orders may not be eligible for cancellation once production, sourcing, sizing, or preparation has begun.

Miami Links reserves the right to approve or deny any cancellation request at its sole discretion.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Return Shipments

Miami Links is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged while being shipped back to our return address.

Customers are solely responsible for securely packaging returned items and using a carrier with tracking, delivery confirmation, and insurance.

If a return is lost, stolen, damaged, or delivered to the wrong address while in transit back to Miami Links, the customer is responsible for filing a claim with the shipping carrier.

Final Approval

All returns, exchanges, refunds, and store credits are subject to inspection and final approval by Miami Links.

Miami Links reserves the right to deny any return or exchange that does not meet this policy, appears worn or used, is missing required packaging or documentation, or is otherwise not in acceptable return condition.

Submitting a return or exchange request does not guarantee approval.
