TERMS OF SERVICE

Welcome to Miami Links. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, products, and services (“Services”) provided by Miami Links (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.


1. ELIGIBILITY

By using our Services, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction and have the legal authority to enter into a binding contract. If you are using our Services on behalf of a business or entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.


2. PRODUCTS & AVAILABILITY

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time without notice. We make every effort to accurately describe and display our products, but we cannot guarantee that your device’s screen will accurately reflect the actual color or finish.


3. PRICING & PAYMENT

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change at any time without notice. We accept payment through major credit cards, debit cards, and other methods made available during checkout. By submitting payment, you authorize us to charge the specified amount to your selected payment method.


4. SHIPPING POLICY

We offer complimentary tracked shipping on all orders. Our preferred domestic carriers are USPS and UPS. All pieces are kept in stock and typically ship within 3–4 business days.
We offer Standard, Priority, and Fastest shipping options for domestic orders.

Please note: After your payment is verified, it may take up to 4 business days to process and ship your order. This does not include weekends or holidays.

Custom orders may take up to 4 weeks to produce and ship.

Important: Carrier delays may occur due to inclement weather, labor disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances. Miami Links is not responsible for these delays.


INSURANCE

Miami Links offers Package Protection by Route on all orders. This option is available at checkout on the Cart page and covers:

  • Lost packages
  • Damaged shipments
  • Theft (including porch piracy)

Cost is based on the shipment total. Terms and Conditions here. Customers have the option to opt out of this protection. If a customer opts out, the package will not be insured, and Miami Links will not be held responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.


INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

Orders shipped outside of the U.S. may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the sole responsibility of the recipient. These fees vary by country and product, and we are unable to estimate them in advance.

All international orders are shipped via DHL or UPS Express.


5. RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Miami Links Return & Exchange Policy

Customer satisfaction is our number one priority.  If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied, we will gladly issue a refund, exchange, or store credit for items returned within 30 days of delivery. If you need to return or exchange an item, please contact us by email at info@miamilinks.com before sending your item back.

Exchange Policy

We accept exchanges of new, unworn Miami Links jewelry within 30 days of the delivery date.  You are responsible only for any price difference (if applicable) and shipping charges.

  • Exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unworn, in new condition, and show no signs of wear.

Return Policy

We take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our jewelry. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Return must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unworn, in new condition, and show no signs of wear.
  • All original packaging (including boxes) and Certificate of Authenticity (if applicable) must be included.
  • Returns are accepted at our discretion. Refunds are based on the original purchase price of the item.

How to Return

Returns and exchanges must be shipped directly to Miami Links. Please:

  • Include your order number and contact information
  • Ship via a carrier with tracking.
    • High Value Items: Miami Links recommends insuring high value items for the purchase value.  (Solid gold, diamonds, large silver pieces).
  • Do not write “jewelry” anywhere on the package for security purposes

Inspection & Processing

Once received, your item will be inspected. If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 2–3 business days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method by request

Please note that your bank may require additional time to process and post a refund once we’ve issued it.

Restocking Fee

Returns on non-defective items are subject to a 5% restocking fee, deducted from your refund. This fee covers inspection, repackaging, and inventorying.

The restocking fee applies to:

  • Buyer’s remorse (e.g., changed mind, incorrect size for return only)

The restocking fee does not apply to:

  • Damaged or defective items
  • Returned item for but purchased a new item as exchange
  • Incorrect orders (e.g., wrong item or color)
  • Selected exchanges within the return window

Shipping & Insurance Charges

Shipping and insurance charges are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Once an order has been shipped, these charges are final. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to these terms—regardless of delivery outcome.

Returns After 30 Days

If a return is accepted beyond the 30-day window:

  • A 10% restocking fee will be deducted
  • A store credit will be issued (no refunds)
  • Items must be unworn and in original condition same as above.

Store credits never expire and can be used at any time.

Damaged Return Packaging

A $5 fee will be charged for returns received with damaged boxes.
(This fee does not apply to exchanges.)

Custom Orders

Customized jewelry, including pieces with initials, are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

Lost or Stolen Returns

Miami Links is not liable for any packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit to our return address. Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that returned items are properly insured and securely shipped with tracking and delivery confirmation.


6. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet been shipped. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled. You may still return eligible items in accordance with our Return & Exchange Policy.


7. LIMITED WARRANTY

Miami Links guarantees the authenticity and quality of its products. For eligible claims, we may offer repair, replacement, or store credit at our discretion. Normal wear and tear, improper care, or accidental damage are not covered.


8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on our website, including but not limited to images, text, logos, graphics, and product designs, are the property of Miami Links and may not be used, copied, or reproduced without our express written permission.


9. PRIVACY

Your use of our Services is also governed by our [Privacy Policy] which describes how your information is collected, used, and shared. By using our website, you consent to the collection and use of your information in accordance with the Privacy Policy.


10. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

Our Services and products are provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that your use of the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.


11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Miami Links shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our Services or products, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.


12. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our Services will be resolved in the courts located in Broward County. 


13. CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with the effective date. Your continued use of our Services constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
