I ordered a custom .950 silver Cuban chain because I prefer it over .999 for its added durability. However, I received a .999 chain instead. It was a small mix-up and not a major issue.

Overall, I’m very happy with the chain, it looks fantastic. There are some minor imperfections like uneven finishing and pitting all over, but that’s part of the handmade character and not something I’d complain about.

Customer service was excellent. Dan was friendly, responsive, and open to negotiating a discount. Shipping was fast and secure as well.

Overall, I’m very satisfied with the experience and would highly recommend purchasing from them rather than other online retailers that offer lower-quality service such as Gus Villa Jewelry.
