Customer service was Top Tier. I needed this piece in a hurry so jumped on the online chat and they had what I needed in stock. Miami links took the piece down to Ups within 30 minutes after the transaction was complete. I needed this overnighted and had my tracking info in 30 minutes. Ups dropped the ball and let it sit but still received my chain in 3 days. The chain itself is a masterpiece tight links hangs straight and top notch box clasp. I bought this chain in silver before pulling the trigger on a gold chain. I just wanted to get a feel for the weight and length as I was in between buying a 24 inch or 26 inch being a bigger guy.
